Yes—estimates are free. For many jobs we can quote from details/photos. For larger properties we may schedule a quick onsite look.
What affects pricing?
Property size, service frequency, current conditions (overgrowth), add-ons (edging, mulch, cleanup), and access.
Do you have weekly or bi-weekly options?
Yes. We offer weekly or bi-weekly schedules depending on growth and season.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We’ll outline what’s included and any optional add-ons before we start.
Scheduling
How soon can you start service?
Depending on demand, we can often start within 1–7 days. We’ll confirm timing when you request an estimate.
What days do you service my area?
We group routes by neighborhood to stay efficient. We’ll confirm your service day once you’re on the schedule.
Do you send reminders before you arrive?
Yes—depending on your preference, we can confirm via text the day before or the morning of service.
What if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t stop service. Heavy rain may cause a reschedule. Either way, we communicate and update you.
What's Included
What's included in lawn maintenance?
Typically mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris off hard surfaces. Exact inclusions vary by package—your quote will spell it out.
Do you bag clippings?
By default we mulch clippings. Bagging is available as an add-on if requested.
Do you handle weeds and fertilization?
Some clients want maintenance only; others want a full program. If you need weed control/fertilization, we can quote it as an add-on.
Can I add seasonal cleanup or mulching?
Yes—seasonal cleanup, mulch installs, and one-time projects can be added anytime.
